Chunyu Ma
PhD Student
I’m currently a Binformatics and Genomics (BG) PhD student in Koslicki Lab. I joined the lab in May 2020. Prior to the PhD study, I received my master’s degree with Biostatistics from Washington University in St. Louis and bachelor’s degree with Bioinformatics from Soutern Medical University. I’m interested in developing or applying the graph theory and machine learning methods to integrate different biomedical data in a high-efficient fashion and translating the multidimensional omics data into clinical applications. I’m now working on a research project which try to explain drug-purposing prediction using large biomedcial knowledge graph and deep learning models.
